ZAMAK, which is a zinc and aluminium alloy, enables parts to be obtained that have complex shapes, thin walls and very tight dimensional tolerances.
Its high mechanical properties, excellent castability, dimensional stability, ability to be decorated and high production rates makes this alloy an economical and reliable solution.
From a liquid state, Zamak is injected pressurised into steel moulds having lifetimes reaching up to 1,000,000 injections.
